The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has appointed Morley Byekwaso as Uganda Cranes coach on an interim basis.The duration of his appointment is one month, running from October 3, 2023, to October 20, 2023. He will lead a technical team of four that also has Fred Muhumuza (interim assistant coach), Stephen Billy Kiggundu (interim goalkeeping coach), and Felix Ayobo (interim fitness coach).As per the FUFA statement, “The quartet will take charge of the Uganda Cranes during the international break this month, where the team will play two games against Mali on October 13 in Bamako and Zambia in Dubai, UAE, on October 17, 2023.”
